If the gym feels boring, switching up your workout can be a great option. (Let’s Roll Jiu-Jitsu / Togok Jiu-Jitsu / Yeonsan Jiu-Jitsu / Mangmi Jiu-Jitsu)

It’s not that you don’t work out at all,
but because it’s boring, because it feels like a hassle, because it’s not fun,
there are many times you just can’t get yourself to go.

After work or after finishing your studies, your body is already tired,
and the idea of working out can feel even less enjoyable.
So you sign up, take a break,
sign up again, then stop again—over and over.

With jiu-jitsu,
the partners you meet are different every day,
the movements you learn are different every day,
and the problems you have to solve are different every day.
Even when you learn the same technique,
everyone responds differently.

It’s not just an exercise where you simply press with strength,
it’s a workout where you read your opponent’s balance,
watch the timing,
and use your whole body.

You’ll sweat a lot and the training volume is high,
but time feels like it goes by quickly.
It’s not a workout you do alone with earphones in—
it’s something you do together, face-to-face with others.
It may feel a bit awkward at first,
but you’ll get used to it quickly.

We don’t push the intensity too hard from the start.
That’s why we run a separate fundamentals class.
Even beginners, if you consistently attend classes for about a month,
we’ll help you progress all the way to regular full sparring.

When choosing a gym,
somewhere close to home is best,
but we also believe the head coach and coaches’ careers,
as well as the vibe and age range of the hobby classes for everyday practitioners,
are important too.
At Let’s Roll Jiu-Jitsu,
we meet all of the conditions above,
and we train in an atmosphere that’s both fun and serious.

If you’re near Togok, Mangmi, Yeonsan, or Suyeong,
and you’re thinking, “Should I start working out again?”
then choosing a different type of workout this time can be a great decision.
If you come to Let’s Roll Jiu-Jitsu,
we’ll make exercise feel fun—like a game.
As the weather warms up,
come get a head start on preparing for this summer!

From beginners to structure-and-principles-based jiu-jitsu,
we also coach overall physical performance improvement.
From fundamentals to advanced students,
from kids to adults,
from weekday classes to weekend classes,
we have curricula and schedules
tailored to each person’s needs.
Parking is also available,
so feel free to reach out anytime!
