"Could someone like me really do this? I've never trained before and I'm worried..."
"I've barely worked out before — will I be okay even if my strength and stamina are low?"

Our results at domestic and international tournaments speak for themselves

The questions newcomers ask us most often
Absolutely — it's actually the question we hear most often in consultations. We start with the basics: how to move your body and how to avoid injury, so you can follow the class at your own pace.
Gi rentals are available. Just come in comfortable clothing.
Kids can join from elementary school age. Our national team coach teaches at a level that's safe and fun for children.
Of course. We respect what you've already learned and help organize your technique around structure and principle, so you can start right at your current level.
Absolutely. Plenty of our women members come in worried they won't keep up, and end up adjusting far faster than they expected. We run separate beginner and weekend classes, so you can start whenever fits your schedule, pressure-free.
